GeneFinder

Make your raw DNA file understandable.

Upload a 23andMe or AncestryDNA file, see what the chip can and cannot prove, then review evidence-ranked findings with pathway context, source links, export controls, and deletion built into the same API-backed flow.

Start here

Upload your raw DNA file

Start with the file you already have. GeneFinder checks quality first, then separates observed findings from chip gaps, no-calls, and not-assayed variants.

Supabase Auth

Sign in to get a Supabase user JWT for the GeneFinder API. Admin-only actions require the signed-in user to be listed as a GeneFinder admin.

Supports plain 23andMe or AncestryDNA .txt / .csv exports and safe .zip / .gz archives that contain exactly one raw DNA file.

Upload progress

Upload progress and report readiness

Track the sample status, QC readiness, report ID, and deletion control from the same place.

No sample has been uploaded yet. Upload a file to enable report review and deletion controls.

Report History

Saved reports and exports

Reports are now first-class API resources, so other apps can list and retrieve them without going through the upload flow again.

No reports have been generated yet. Generate PDF, Markdown, and JSON exports after a report is ready.

Report preview

This initial slice uses a narrow curated catalog to validate the end-to-end pipeline.

Upload a file to generate a report.

Catalog Search

Curated variant lookup

Search the curated catalog by gene, condition keyword, drug context, or rsID. This is backed by the same public API available to other clients.

Run a search to inspect the curated catalog.
